Claire graduated with a BA (Hons) in a creative field, but chose to start her career as an Account Manager with a Promotion Agency, supplying hospitality staff to various blue chip companies. Claire quickly was promoted and eventually ran the Company on behalf of the owners. This led her into the recruitment arena, where she found her true passion, working for a Surrey based Recruitment Agency and quickly gained a remarkable reputation within the industry, leading and managing an extremely successful and award winning team. This led to a promotion of Branch Manager.

Claire then went onto work for a consultancy in Kent where she retained her reputation, continuing to offer her exceptional experience and industry knowledge to Clients, candidates and Industry professionals, with her refreshing honest, open and friendly approach to everyone she meets.

Claire and Sam were introduced 5 years ago by a mutual friend and Claire then persuaded Sam to join her within the recruitment field, this is where their story began...

Samantha Robinson
Samantha graduated with a 1st class hons degree in Business & Finance and subsequently practiced within this arena for many years. As a Finance Director for a successful PR agency Samantha was heavily involved in the whole HR function and continually recruited for the company various financial and commercial roles.

In May 2000 Samantha joined the recruitment arena focusing on both temporary and permanent placements. Since then she has placed candidates in a variety of Financial and Commercial roles within the local area. Samantha’s previous financial exposure has enabled Crossways to set up a new Accountancy and Finance division

Sarah Idle
Sarah is Crossways' longest standing & most successful Senior Consultants & has been with us since 2006. She has a great deal of experience in recruiting all types positions from temp to perm & contract roles & covering all areas from Finance to IT & all other office support roles.

Her engaging, helpful manner is one of the reasons she is so successful & why candidates & clients always enjoy dealing with her. Sarah looks forward to assisting you with you with any recruitment needs you may have.
